the challenge
This Dallas-based residential care organization offers the highest quality of
personal care and services to the elderly and disabled. As such, it heavily
relies on its web presence for advertising.
Around the Clock Residential Care Home previously established
its website through a firm that both designed and hosted its website. Although
this eased the process to establishing their website, it left them with little
ownership over it. Thus, when their web hosting firm went out of business,
their website ceased existence as well. Left with no more marketing presence
via the Internet, Around the Clock Residential Care Home came
to us in order to determine how we might be able to re-establish their website.
the solution
Even though the website of Around the Clock Residential Care Home
was no longer existent, remnants of it remained on the personal computer of the
Marketing Director. Those 2 cached pages - containing
text and HTML code only - were forwarded to moksha
media. We used this HTML code and text to initially set up the
new pages for the re-established website. The client forwarded to us additional
text and improvements that they wanted uploaded to the re-established website. We further
replaced all missing images with new content that improved the look and feel of the
website. In doing so, we made sure that this new look complemented the client's already
established marketing materials.
To alleviate the issue of having to worry about the loss of the website once again, moksha media suggested a new strategy for website
ownership. Now, the Marketing Director has full access to the website server and
content through the usage of a third party service. moksha media
still serves as the web content manager for the website, and we are able to be contracted with any time
additional services are warranted.
